Another day....

Well, another day gone by, not much going on. The search for work and housing continues.

Though I did get some good news today at school. It looks like everything is a go for World AIDS Day on Wed. Dec. 1st. Looks like we got a speaker to come to the college to talk about HIV/AIDS history and prevention. It is unknown yet if we will have the free onsite testing or not, waiting to hear back from the Red Cross on that one. So I got a preliminary flier thrown together this afternoon so that all I will have to do is add in or change small bits of it.

Oh, just saw the "Special Report" on TV that Yassar Arrafat has finaly shuffled off this mortal plane. Remains to be seen how much trouble this is going to cause in the middle east.

OOOHHHHHH!!!! I almost forgot, I think I may have been cruised by this guy yesterday at school. He was kinda cute. I guess I will have to wait till next Tuesday to see if he is in the building again. >:)

Well, I think that is about it for now. TTYL.

Ok, I'm trying something new. I am going to try and chronicle the struggles we are having getting our Gay/Straight Alliance started at my school. This will be the first time I have ever done comic strips, so let's just see how things work out.

Starting down the new road

Well, today we are going to head down to Birmingham and look at some apartments & Houses. Jimmy and I are going to look into a few job possabilities, and I'm going to go by the UAB admissions and financial aid offices to look into transfering down there.

Hopefully things will go good today and we will be able to start our move and get started on the next phase of our lives.

I'll try to post this evening to let you know how things went.
